Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process your return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items on sale or purchased with a discount code
  • Damaged or modified items due to improper handling or usage
  • Custom or personalized products

Exchanges

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
  • We will provide a replacement for the same item, subject to stock availability.
  • If the item is no longer available, we will offer you a store credit or a full refund.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
