Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process your return.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items on sale or purchased with a discount code
- Damaged or modified items due to improper handling or usage
- Custom or personalized products
Exchanges
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
- We will provide a replacement for the same item, subject to stock availability.
- If the item is no longer available, we will offer you a store credit or a full refund.
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
