At Livewell, we aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery process within Pakistan.
Shipping Locations
We ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and more. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details.
Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: Delivery takes 3-5 business days for most locations within Pakistan.
- Remote Areas: Delivery to remote areas may take an additional 1-2 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier issues.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: We offer a flat shipping rate of PKR 200 for all orders across Pakistan.
- Free Shipping: Free shipping is available on orders over PKR 3,000.
Any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be applicable will be the customer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on our courier partner’s website.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address information, absence of the recipient, or any other reason, our courier partner will attempt a second delivery. If the delivery fails again, the order will be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
